Training the pelvic floor muscle helps with urine loss, helps to restore the vagina after childbirth and also enhances the orgasm. Ben Wa trainers are also called Geisha balls. The FemmeFit Advanced Pelvic Floor Muscle Training Set consists of three balls that you insert (separately from each other) into the vagina. The balls each have a loose weight on the inside that gives off a light movement when the body moves and this stimulates the muscle. You start with the lightest color ball and build up to the darker colors, with the weight of the vaginal balls increasing. You can see it as a fitness session for the vagina/pelvic floor muscle.
