Returning Products
You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days after you receipt the product(s), without giving reasons for return, using the return form. Send the article within 14 days of receipt back, including all accessories, accompanied by the sale confirmation, invoice or packing slip and proper packaging.
If you want to have the amount of your returning products back, than this will happin within three days. The cost of returning the product(s) will be for your account and be deducted from the refund amount unless a clear fault of Hot Stuff is concerned.
Personal products (sex toys) can only be returned if the package is sealed. For certain products, for example for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is been excluded.
If you receive an item that is not working properly, please contact our costumer service as soon as possible, stating the order number and the name of the relevant article. We will see what we can do.
Wrong items received?
With receipt of a wrong item, first check which item you have ordered and which product was confirmed by email. Does this not match with the items you received, than please contact our Customer Service within seven days.
Return form?
We ask you to completely fill in the return form, print it and send it with the returning products. When you do not have a reason to return the product(s), we still want you to fill this form in, if you want to return something. The return address can be found on the form.
