How do we ship?
At Hot Stuff you can order your favourite products quickly, inexpensively and discreetly. If you order from Monday to Friday before 11:59 p.m., you will have your order the next evening between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.. If you would like to receive your parcel in the afternoon, you can choose the afternoon delivery option. Of course we also offer you the possibility to pick up your package at one of the many PakjeGemak pickup locations and you can also pick up your order at our shop in the center of Amsterdam. Orders with a purchase amount from € 80, - will be shipped (within the Netherlands) completely free of charge. We send all our packages with PostNL, BPost and Redjepakketje.
We ship worldwide. If you live in any other country you'll find the shipping cost at checkout. We ship to every country.
DISCRETY & SEND METHODS
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped completely discreetly. The shipping costs are €5,- per order and free of charge for orders with a purchase amount from €80,- With discreet we mean that your order will only be shipped in a blank box without any imprint. We offer you 4 different shipping methods: Afternoon delivery, Evening delivery, PakjeGemak and Collection in the Shop. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and we will send you a Track & Trace link. With this link you can track the parcel until the moment of delivery. In order to guarantee your privacy, you need to receive your parcel personally and sign for receipt. In this way our parcels will never be delivered to the neighbours. If you prefer to pick up your order at the store, we will email you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
AVOND CARE
We understand that not everyone can be home during the day to receive a package. That's why Hot Stuff offers evening delivery as standard. If you place your order before 11:59pm you will receive your order the next evening between 4:00pm and 10:00pm at your home. With the evening delivery option you have the entire evening to view your favorite Hot Stuff products, order before 23:59 and you have them the next evening in your home. And if you order before 10:00, you have the advantage of a same-day-delivery service and you will have your package at home the same evening. Evening delivery and same-day-delivery is only available for orders shipped within the Netherlands. For orders with a purchase amount above €80,- we ship free of charge.
AFTERNOON DELIVERY
PAKJEGEMAK (Pick up at one of the 2600+ take-away locations) Also in Belgium
After selecting the PakjeGemak option, the nearest locations will be displayed based on the postal code entered. Here you choose your desired pick-up location, where you can pick up your parcel later at a time of your choice. If you are on holiday in the Netherlands and would like to order something, enter the postcode of your holiday address and pick up your package during your holiday. The costs for the PakjeGemak option are €5,- per order, but is free for orders from €80,-. PakjeGemak is available in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you're not always home, PakjeGemak is a godsend. With PakjeGemak you choose a pickup location and pick up your package when it suits you. PakjeGemak from PostNL has 2600+ locations, including many supermarkets, post offices, DIY stores and tobacconists. This way you will always find a suitable location in your area and you have the possibility to pick up your parcel at a time of your choice, both on weekdays and weekends.
FREE PICK-UP SHOP AMSTERDAM
You can also pick up your order free of charge in our shop in Amsterdam. The Hot Stuff shop is located 5 minutes walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station, in the centre of Amsterdam. As soon as your order is ready, we will inform you by email and you are welcome from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 and 22:00 to pick up your order.

SHIPPING COSTS
For orders from €80,- we ship your order for free in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €80,- we charge €5,- for a standard shipment in the Netherlands and €5,- in Belgium.

Adjusted rates apply to other countries. In the overview below you can see the shipping costs per country from different order amounts.
Shipments to addresses outside the Netherlands usually take 1-4 working days depending on the destination country. Parcels sent to Belgium are usually delivered the next day. If you have any questions in case of a delay, please contact us by e-mail. We also ask you to include your full address in this e-mail so that we can check whether an error has occurred in the address details.
