Complaints procedure

We do our utmost to provide a fast and correct service.  Nevertheless, there can always be something you are not satisfied with.  We would like to know this so that we can find a suitable solution to your complaint and improve our service even further.

If you have any other complaint about us, please contact our customer service by sending a message using the customer service form.

Usually there will be a substantive response to all customer service messages within 1 working day.  If the handling of your complaint takes more time, you will be notified by email.  You will in any case receive a response within two days.  We will always resolve the complaint within 3 days.
