Quick & Discreet Shipping

Order placed before 23:59? Shipped next day

Your order is always discreetly packaged and delivered by Hot Stuff. In addition, we will of course do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, so that you will have it in your home in no time.

To send your order extremely discreetly, we make sure that:

Your order is always shipped in a blank (brown or white) box.

Only your address is present on the box, no sender from Hot Stuff.

The driver does not know which store your package comes from.

Got your eye on a cool product and want it in your house as soon as possible? Then make sure you order before 11:59 p.m., because your order will be shipped immediately the next day. The fastest option we have is the evening delivery shipping method. We will then pack your order for you in the morning and the package will be delivered to you that same evening.

You'll receive a tracking link via email once the package is sorted, so you'll know exactly around what time to expect the driver. And we are not talking about a vague time slot, no; the tracking link indicates with a margin of one hour exactly around what time your doorbell rings. That's nice right? And the best part is, you don't pay extra for this. Evening delivery is within the normal delivery charges and if you spend over €80 we'll even ship your order absolutely free.

Our Custommer give us a 9.3 out of 10 score.

We always do our best for our customers and that they are very satisfied we see in the reviews we receive. Thuiswinkel Waarborg rates our service and products with a 9.3 and we are quite proud of that. And if our customers are happy, so are we, of course. Our customers appreciate our customer service, the fast delivery that sometimes exceeds all expectations, our fair prices, clear product descriptions and the quality of our products. Of course, sometimes things go wrong, we are only human. But we always do our best for you, you can be sure of that.

Below you can read what our customers say about us:

"Only positivity about this company, quick response to order, promised delivery date was even shortened. (Ordered in the morning, delivered in the evening) Kudos!"

"Always fast, discreet and always the best and up to date products. Great and easy webshop to navigate through. I did SEO work and can tell the company put great time into the site. I've always bougth my toys from Hot Stuff. From living in Amsterdam to now living in The Hague, Hot Stuff is my go to shop."

"Good prices, current stock status was accurate, customer service was good (change order) and delivery reasonably smooth (via Save Your Package which has a very clear delivery time, and does not deliver within X number of hours, but within 1 hour time)."
